Coopers - Real Ale 1.7Kg 40 Pint Beer Kit

Coopers Real Ale has a bright golden colour with a strong head, a pleasant blend of fruit and malt on the nose with generous "mouth feel" and a moderately bitter finish. A good example of a traditional ale.

Coopers pure natural Australian beers are produced from premium barley grown near Adelaide in one of the finest malting barley regions in the world. Coopers Australian beers are simple to brew producing great beer every time.

This kit contains:

• Full instructions
• 1 x tin of malt extract
• 1 x sachet of brewing yeast
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Sugar, Spray malt or beer enhancer
• Syphon
• Priming sugar for the barrel or bottles
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel
