Maris Otter Pale Malt is the very best base malt for English Ales and lighter beers. It is the perfect ingredient for ‘malt forward’ Pale Ales. It’s unique rich malty flavour also exhibits the ‘Delia’ factor – it is very easy to brew with, and forgiving! It is consistent, and delivers pronounced clarity.

Pale Malt is used to mix with other malts and is the main ingredient for all varieties of ales, bitters, milds, stouts and porters.

Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt produces sweet and flavourful worts.

This malt is produced by Warminster Malts, has a colour of between 4.5 and 7.0 EBCs and is supplied ready crushed in 500gm, 1Kg, 3Kg and 5Kg packs.
