Crushed Malt - Munich Malt 3Kg Pack

Munich Malt is (as it’s name would suggest) used to make Bavarian and other German style beers where it can account for up to 75% - 80% of the malt being used.

This is a malt that produces dark, aromatic and flavourful worts with promounced sweet and nutty notes and is a common ingredient in Belgian style ales. It can also be mixed in small amounts with other malts (up to 20%) for use in all varieties of lagers and ales to enhance the maltiness of the brew.
