Warminster Malts Crystal 150 Malt is used to create beers with a golden hue inbuing beers with caramel, coffee and dark chocolate notes. Crystal malt is a stalwart of English ales and bitters and is unsurpassed in it’s ability to gently sweeten and balance the hoppiness of English ales. This malt also improves head retention and beer stability.

It can of course be mixed with the other malts to recreate your favourite beer or perhaps create your own secret recipe.

Used in all sorts of Ales, Bitters, Stouts and Porters Crystal malt should make up no more than 20% of total malt content of your brew.

This malt is produced by Warminster Malts, has a colour of between 165 and 190 EBCs and is supplied ready crushed in 500gm, 1Kg, 3Kg and 5Kg packs and 25Kg sacks.
