It is unsweetened making it ideal for diabetics or anyone watching their waistlines or on a restricted fat diet. It provides a natural source of calcium. It has Billions of live cultures, including acidophilus, in every spoonful.

Although virually Fat Free this yogurt still has the delicious yogurty taste and texture yoghurt lovers look for and as it is plain and unsweetened, it's perfect for cooking or baking or you can dish up a dollop alongside your favourite slice of cake.

Contains no added colours, preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilisers or other artificial ingredients. Contains no GM (genetically modified), is wheat & gluten free, halal certified and has a low GI (Glycemic index). Suitable for Vegetarians.
