Festival Premium Ales - Father Hooks Best Bitter 3.1Kg Beer Kit

Father Hooks Best Bitter is similar in nature to the Hook Norton Brewery's famous Old Hooky. It has a big malty body with wonderful orange marmalade character, the malts being perfectly balanced with hop bitterness. It has an ABV of 4.5% and is an almost luminous amber ale with a white head. It has a complex aroma profile with slight fruit, vanilla and malt goodness to it.

• Hop Additions: BRAMLING CROSS, COLUMBUS
• Bitterness: 3.5 (0-Least to 5-most bitter)
• ABV: 4.5

This kit contains:

• Full instructions
• 2 x 1.5Kg packs of malt and hop extracts
• 1 x 10g sachet of dried brewing yeast
• 1  x 50g pack of fresh pelletised hops
• 1 x hop bag
• 1 x 100g pack of priming sugar
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Syphon
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel
