Currently a limited edition Dune Bar Amber Ale is the one of the latest editions to the Festival Premium Ales range of beers which aim to celebrate the best of British beer. 

Inspired by the famous Sharp's Doom Bar Amber Ale, Dune Bar has been developed in homage to this fine British beer. Evoking the windswept dunes of the Great British coast, Dune Bar embodies the rugged allure of seaside brewing and is an amber ale to raise your glass to.

Amber brown in colour with a white head and an ABV of 4.2%, it's sweet, biscuity malt backbone is interlaced with spicy, resinous hops.

This is a medium bodied and malt forward ale with succulent dried fruit notes and a subtle bitterness in the finish.

  • Bitterness: 2 (0-Least to 5-most bitter)
  • Hop additions: Northern Brewer, Fuggles and Chinook
  • ABV: 4.2%

This kit contains:

  • Full instructions
  • 1 x 3Kg pack of premium malt extracts
  • 1 x 200g pack of brewing sugar
  • 1 x 50g pack of Northern Brewer, Fuggles and Chinook hop pellets
  • 1 x 10g sachet of dried brewing yeast
  • 1 x 100g pack of priming sugar
  • Makes approximately 35 Pints (20 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

  • Sterilizing powder
  • Brewers bucket
  • Water
  • Syphon
  • Hydrometer
  • Bottles or Barrel

Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
