This Festival Oaked Apple cider is made with real fruit to give you a taste that is well balanced with a delicate oak finish.  It is a pale straw colour with the aroma of feesh apples and is crisp, refreshing and smooth on the palate.

This kit is supplied with a dried fruits and flowers pack which contains dried apple, raisins, rosehip shells and rowanberries to ensure a really fantastic cider.

This kit contains:

  • Full instructions
  • 1 x 2Kg pack of apple juice concentrate
  • 2 x 1Kg pack of dextrose monohydrate (brewing sugar)
  • 1 x 9g sachet of cider yeast and yeast nutrient 
  • 1 x 2g Cider Sweetener
  • 1 x 1.3g Cider Enzyme
  • 1 x 18g pack of apple flavouring
  • 1 x 140g pack of priming sugar
  • 1 x 380g pack of dried apple cider fruit mix
  • 1 x 60g pack of lightly toasted oak chips
  • Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

  • Sterilizing powder
  • Brewers bucket
  • Water
  • Syphon
  • Hydrometer
  • Bottles or Barrel
