Hop Pellets Supplied in Heavy Duty Resealable Pouch - Simcoe 50g

Simcoe is a new dual purpose American hop variant. Due to the high alpha levels and low Cohumulone levels, this hop has become a very good bittering hop. Alongside this Simcoe has a fruity and slightly earthy aroma of grapefruit, passionfruit and pine which makes this hop excellent for use as a dual purpose hop.

Hop pellets are destalked ground hops pressed into little pellets. Use about 10 % less than you would when using leaf hops with a similar alpha level. Hop pellets can be preserved longer and are usually available for a longer period of time during the course of the season.
