This is a strain suitable for light, fresh and fruity red wines especially those intended for early consumption. This moderate fermenting strain produces soft, velvety smooth wines with aromatic enhancement of red berry fruits notes. Suitable for Grenache, Pinot Noir, Gamay, Valpolicella, Beaujolais style wines and more.

Flavour / Mouthfeel Characteristics: Wines produced using this strain will be silky smooth with a velvety texture and well rounded with excellent ripe red berry fruit flavours.

Aroma Characteristics: This strain enhances fruit aromatics, particularly those of summer berries, prducing wines with bright fresh aromas.

Higher Alcohol Wines: This yeast is not suitable for wines above 13.5% ABV.
