Hop Pellets Supplied in Heavy Duty Resealable Pouch - Mosaic 50g

Mosaic is a complex, multi-purpose hop with tropical and soft fruit flavours on display in a range of styles.

Released on 2012 and developed by the Hop Breeding Company this US hop variety is the daughter of Simcoe and a Nugget-derived male. It is celebrated for it's diverse aroma profile and versatility in brewing. Known for tropical fruit, blueberry, and earthy pine notes, Mosaic hops provide both bittering and aromatic qualities. Brewers often use Mosaic hops in IPAs, pale ales, and experimental craft beers that highlight intricate hop character.

Hop pellets are de-stalked ground hops pressed into little pellets. Use about 10% less than you would when using leaf hops with a similar alpha level.

Hop pellets can be preserved longer and are usually available for a longer period of time during the course of the season.

Alpha Acid Range 10 - 14%

These US grown top brewing industry quality hop pellets are supplied in a heavy duty resealable pouch with a tamper proof seal to preserve their freshness and quality.
