This unique easy-to-use cider kit enables you to produce great tasting apple flavour cider at home, quickly and easily. This On The Rocks kit contains 1.7kg of premium quality apple & white grape juice concentrate, cider yeast, sweetener and a carefully developed flavouring add back pack to enhance the bold and refreshing flavours in every last drop.

Please Note that these On The Rocks Cider Kits do not contain any malt extract and so are free of Wheat and Gluten.

Makes 40 pints of great honest cider that is as rewarding to make as it is to drink!

Approximate ABV - 5.5%

This kit contains:

• Full instructions
• 1 x 1.7Kg pouch of white grape juice concentrate
• 1 x Cider yeast sachet
• 1 x Sweetener Sachet
• 1 x Flavouring add back pack sachet
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres) of cider with an approx. ABV of 5.5%

In order to make this kit you may need:

• 30L Brewers bucket & Airlock
• 1.3kg Brewing Sugar
• Hydrometer
• Thermometer
• Stirring Spoon
• Sterilizing powder/Cleaner/Sanitiser
• Water
• Syphon
• Bottles or barrel/keg

Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
