This unique cider kit enables you to produce great tasting raspberry and lime cider at home, quickly and easily. This On The Rocks kit contains 1.7kg of premium quality apple juice concentrate and a carefully developed fruit add back pack which contains real raspberry juice concentrate to enhance the awesome fruity flavours in every last drop.

Please Note that these On The Rocks Cider Kits do not contain any malt extract and so are free of Wheat and Gluten.

Makes 40 pints of naturally refreshing cider with a smooth character. This is a real thirst quencher as the fresh flavour of lush raspberries hits you instantly followed by a sharp twist of lime at the end balancing it out well.– Definitely summer time in a glass!

This kit contains:

• Full instructions
• 1 x 1.7Kg tin of apple juice concentrate
• 1 x sachet of cider yeast
• 1 x add back pack containing raspberry and grape juice concentrates
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres) of cider with an approx. ABV of 5.9%

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Additional sugar
• Syphon
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or barrel

Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
