Tom Caxton Beer Making Kit 1.8Kg 40 Pint - Best Bitter

This Tom Caxton Best Bitter beer making kit makes a traditional Best Bitter, full bodied and dark golden amber in colour with a distinctive malt flavour and an ABV of between 4 and 4.5%.

These Tom Caxton kits are made from the finest malted barley and are supplied with a hop enhancement sachet. By adding the unique hop extract sachet, you’ll give your beer a wonderful aroma of country hops.

This kit contains:

• Full instructions
• 1 x tin of malt extract
• 1 x sachet of brewing yeast
• 1 x hop enhancement sachet
• Makes approximately 40 pints (23 litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Sugar, Spray malt or beer enhancer
• Syphon
• Priming sugar for the barrel or bottles
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel

Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
