Woodfordes - Admirals Reserve Strong Ale 3Kg 32 Pint Beer Kit

Woodfordes Broadland Brewery in Norfolk has built up a well deserved reputation for producing a superb range of beers recognised industry wide for their award winning quality & flavour.

Admirals Reserve is a very popular strong Ale with a rich sweet nutty flavour and substantial fruity aroma. This complex and satisfying dark copper coloured beer is extremely drinkable and has an ABV of approximately 5.5%. Just add water to make this premium quality ale.

For those of you who have brewed this ale before when it was sold as a 40 pint kit or who want a beer with a lighter ABV we thought we should also mention that you can still brew this Admirals Reserve kit to 40 pints at an approximate ABV of 4.5% as the recipe has not changed, just the packaging!

This kit is perfect, as are all of the Woodfordes range. A premium ale that you will want to keep for yourself!

This kit contains:

• Full instructions
• 2 x tins of malt extract
• 1 x sachet of brewing Yeast
• 1 x Hop enhancement sachet
• Makes approximately 32 Pints (18 Litres) at 5.5% ABV or 40 Pints (23 Litres) at 4.5%

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Syphon
• Priming sugar for the barrel or bottles
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel

Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
