This zesty amber ale with a floral aroma is full of flavour with marmalade notes and a hint of sweet malt and a delicious citrus aftertaste. This beer has won Supreme Champion Beer of Britain (Bronze) 2005; Supreme Champion Beer of Britain (Gold) 1996 along with numerous Champion Bitter of Britain awards. This kit contains:

• Full instructions
• 2 x tins of malt extract
• 2 x sachets of brewing Yeast
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Syphon
• Priming sugar for the barrel or bottles
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel

Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
