This Young's Harvest Bitter is a strongly hopped traditional ale with a lingering bitterness.

These Harvest Bitter beer kits have been updated from 1.5Kg to 1.8Kg by the UK manufacturer Youngs

Ready to drink in 21 to 28 days.

This kit contains:

• Full instructions
• 1 x 1.8Kg tin of hopped barley syrup and malted barley extract
• 1 x sachet of dried brewing yeast
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Additional sugar
• Syphon
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or barrel

Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
